Deposits, Cancellations and Late Policy

Please arrive to your appointment without additional guests.

All deposits are non-refundable.

“No-shows” will result in deposit forfeiture.
A 72-hour cancellation or reschedule notice is required. Anything less than 72 hours from the start of your appointment will result in forfeiture of deposit.

If you are running late, please notify stylist. All guests receive a 10 minute grace period. A $15 late-fee will be added to your bill for every 10 minutes you are late.

I do not issue refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your hair, I would love to make adjustments for you within 7 days of your original service.
